What’s so good about these?
When eaten still warm from the oven you will know… add a bit of real butter and you will really know just how heavenly these muffins are! The recipe is from Ina Garten called Banana Crunch Muffins, but I call them Triple Banana Muffins. With mashed ripe bananas, chopped bananas, and crumbled dried bananas, these are a triple winner!
